Suvidhaa Infoserve will now allow consumers to pay power, electricity and other bills and insurance prmium with out the hassle of waiting in queues This service will be provided through local stores, STD booths, mobile outlets, pharmacies and neighbourhood stores.
According to N Sundaresan, Suvidhaa’s sales vice president “In India, 5% of the consumers use debit or credit cards. Suvidhaa stores aim to provide multiple services on cash payment at a single counter” . Further he added ”We realized that majority of Indians prefer to shop at local stores. To help these stores expand their business, Suvidhaa has set up points with local stores.”
There are presently 40 Suvidhaa points mainly in North Goa. “We plan to set up 500 more such points across Goa,” Sundaresan said. The company is also looking at the travel and tourism industry and hopes to tie up with the Goa Tourism department.
The service will be provided at a small premium and the fee will depend on what the service provider charges. The starting service charges are Rs 5. However, if a service provider directly pays Suvidhaa for its services and does not charge its consumers, that service is free.”
Suvidhaa has tied up with LIC, Reliance Money, HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company Ltd, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Apna Loan, Bajaj Allianz, IRCTC, domestic airlines and private bus operators.
Also in Goa The company are in initial talks with the electricity department for payment of electricity bills and BSNL for telecom, said Sudaresan. Talks are also on with Dempo sports club for (soccer match) tickets.”

Please find attached the mail sent by QRT to you on 2nd April`10 on this issue mentioning the necessary steps to be taken.
However note below the action to be taken:-
1) The status of Big Tv transaction is inconsistence (pending) from Operator end which means the transaction is pending due to technical reasons from SP end
2) In such case the end customer needs to call with his account number (smart card no.) & transaction batch details (8120000017).
3) When the customer calls the Big Tv customer support on 1800-200-9001 his set top box has to be on stand by mode.
4) The Big Tv customer support will raise a query & resolve the issue by activating the voucher.
Kindly ask retailer to coordinate with the end customer & do the needful.

i think your entire suvidhaa team is totally irresponsive because they do not want to do reslove the problem of customer. from the very first day suvidhaa provides me unsuvidhaa. so many times i am telling you about the idea bill payment of Rs250 dated 24/02/10 time 1.45 including your customer care but nobody tries to resolve the problem. yesterday i generate the epin of bigtv dth service in the denomination of Rs. 500 & 1000. in which customer get the validity of 12 months & bigtv customer care also accepts that if you recharge the Rs1500 in any denomination on same day then you can avail the offer. through our portal we generate the epin in 500 & 1000 denomination. but i am sorry to say that Rs 1000 epin is invalid & bigtv customer care says that reliance have no tieup with any suvidhaa and we are helpless please go to your epin provider and he will gives you another pin. and our customer care did not provide me the another pin & he assured me that i will get the new epin in the morning & customer get the 12months validity.(akram) again i am sorry to say i did not got the epin in the morning. today evening mr. mustikin(6pm) & prathmesh(6.35pm) also assured me that i will get the new epin in 30 minutes but again i did not get any pin. & customer is now took back the amount of rs. 1300 from me due to our mismanagement & careless staff. now pls refund rs. 1300/- to me & also add Rs 200 for my phone bill due to all that.
i am giving you so many feedbacks to generate high revenue form the market but you do not give me the response .

(अकरम) फिर से मैं कहना माफ करना, मैं हूँ किया था सुबह epin नहीं मिला . आज शाम को श्री. mustikin (6pm) और (6:35) prathmesh भी मुझे आश्वासन 30 मिनट में नया epin मिल फिर से होगा, लेकिन मैंने किसी भी पिन नहीं है कि मैं. ग्राहक और अब वापस रुपए की राशि ले ली है. मुझ से हमारे mismanagment और लापरवाह कर्मचारियों के कारण 1300. अब वापसी रुपये pls. 1300 / - मुझे और मेरे फोन के लिए भी सभी के कारण है कि बिल के लिए 200 रुपये जोड़ें.
