   can i have one good medical insurance for my mother who is 55 and living with only one working kidney.

   Sampoorn Arogya Bima Policy of National Insurance would be best for you.

   1. Pre-existing disease under this plan is covered after 3 claim free policy years other plan does it after 4 years.

   2. The premium for 2 persons would be around:
   Premium Sum insured Age Age
   6500.00 300,000 <36 <56
   9700.00 500,000 <36 <56

   Mini- 3 Lacs Sum Insured is what i would propose for you.

   Also note that for persons aged above 50 are required to submit following Reports (cost to borne by the proposer) along with Proposal form:

   1. Blood Sugar Report
   2. Urine Sugar Report,

   6. Eye-check-up including retinoscopy report
   7. MDs Report

   These tests are done at the empanelled diagnostic centres of the insurer, which please note.
