health insurance:good claim settlement,customer service and simple plans

   I would like to filter out top 5 companies based on having good claim settlemet,customer service and simple/uncomplicated plans.
   Can I get such list.?
   Because practically I can't go in details of every company policies and then filter out.I think filter of "settlemet,customer service and simple/uncomplicated plans."should be good to start with.
   After that filter ,I would go for checking details of policies they offer and select final one.
   Is is really so that public health insurance companies are better in settling claims that private ones?

   Initially when health insurance policies were introduced in India, most people were of the opinion that public health insurance companies offer good service. However, now the scenario has changed with more and more Indians opting for private health insurance provider in order to avail good customer service along with hassle free claim settlement.

   I have purchased a health insurance policy for my family from Max Bupa health insurance. I am really impressed with their prompt customer service along with their easy to understand and high on features plan.    thanks for sharing.
   I have also gone through MAX BUPA site.Product features are unique and great.I am considering BUPA also.

   But at the time of claim settlement how they perform ,will prove if they are really good .
   On one of the reputed financial trainer website I have read that only go for PSU.Also I happened to communicate with one of the experienced insurance advisor ,who said,PSU better at settling claims.
   I aggry that PSU service can not be as good as private..but at the end of day claim settlement matters.
   Also I read somewhere,unlike PSU,pvt sector employees are paid BONUS for finding ways of refusing any claim as private wants profits..I am not sure about this though..
