How to claim - Car accident?

   If my passenger are injured from an accident which was not my fault n i have liability insurance, can I claim motor insurance for my medical expenses?

   You cannot claim 4 ur medical expenses.
   In Commercial vehicles we have to opt 4 insurance cover 4 the unnamed passengers.

   No there no rule for claiming you passengers medical insurance yeah if your car been damage you could claim for it. Or you could claim if your some relatives been there but not for others.

   Passanger insurance cannot be claimed on your behalf. You can claim only your own insurance.
