    Hello all,

Monday, I have started Jevan saral investment plan in which I have to pay 36000 pa. Locking periods 3 years. So I'll be paying 10,8000. According to agent, I'll get 2,37,000 @ 15% at the end of 3 years if I withdraw. Is that the true statement? Will any charges be added? Any advices and answers will be appreciated.

Jeevan Saral is a blending of conventional plan with ULIP.

Here the investor's fund is not directly linked to market. The accumulated fund of the plan is invested by LIC in the market to create a pool of investment profit, later to be distributed in the form of Loyalty among the individual investor's.

Hence the policy does not attracts any fund management charges or allocation charges whatsoever.

    Hi everybody,

That's a very good question and an excellent reply by Ami.

Thanks for creating a good platform.

Since you have made it specific my reply is too the point:-

    1. Chances of getting such high returns in 3 years time is doubtful.
    2. on withdrawl, in 4th year, such expected return is not possible.

    Note:
Loyalty is generally given after 10 years of the policy completion. Hence u should wait for minimum 10 years to get any substantial return under the plan.

P.s. Loan can also be raised instead of withdrawl.
