   My consignment of Insulation Rockstar wool (insulation of ac ducting) 185 boxes, got wet in transit due to rains. The truck was covered with tarpals but still rain water seeped in the truck and damaged the consignment. Whether the insurance compnay liable?

   The case needs to be analyzed before any conclusive outcome could be drawn. Normally water damages without accident to the vehicle is not covered.

   U need to specify the cover taken and who is the insurer and more details about the incident.
