policy expired. how to renew

   my mediclaim pol. has expired in feb2011. can i renew it now with the same benefits. i am the holder of the policy for last 4 years

   Once the policy has expired due to non-renewal in time, the insurers are reluctant to grant cover with continued benefit.

   You may approach the branch manager and if he so desire can grant the cover with continued benefit after having taken few basic medical reports in respect of the covered insured members.

   If your policy has expired, then you have to consult your insurer. after following a particular process, your policy will be renewed in no time.
