Who is going to claim if accident is done by my friend?

   My friend was driving my car n got an accident,he has done auto insurance of his car please tell me who is going to bear the loss either me or my friend.

   Your friend has got his car insurance not you, but your car got damaged hence you will have to bear the loss.

   Yes, on mutual basis you can ask your friend to share some money for the repair. not legally.

   In case your car was insured you could have claimed the amount from ur inurance company.
